Everards Meadows, Enderby, Leicestershire

New £30 million headquarters known as Everards Meadows. Works will involve the provision of a new brewery as well as office space which houses Everards’ pub estate and sponsorship team. Everards also built a 30,000sqft warehouse and distribution centre at Optimus Point, Leicester. The brewery welcomes visitors, with viewing platforms from which it is possible to watch beer production, experience tasting in purpose made sampling rooms and utilise new conferencing facilities. The project includes a cafe bar, restaurant and state-of-the-art cycling centre. Links have been created to the city’s existing cycle-ways and a dressed green offers a 70 area picnic area and family space.
