Cardiff Central Quay Project Update

Breathtaking views from Level 29 of Plot 1 during our latest visit to the Central Quay project in Cardiff. The external façade is making great progress, reaching level 19 of Plot 1 and level 10 of Plot 2, alongside advancements in internal finishes, M&E works and furniture and fittings.

Central Quay is designed as a mixed-use development, featuring commercial spaces at the ground and mezzanine levels, with residential units above. This project also includes landscaping enhancements, new public realm areas and essential infrastructure like car and cycle parking, access, drainage and more.

We are delighted to be acting as Employer’s Agent and providing quantity surveying services for this BTR development on behalf of our client, Watkin Jones. The outcome will be a vibrant new city quarter, ready to become Cardiff’s most exciting place for living, working and recreation. Central Quay will stand as one of the largest private real estate developments in Europe, offering innovative models for city centre living, commerce, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
