> A £12m new build office for our client Bond International, at their new headquarters at their current site in Pocklington, North Yorkshire. As previously reported recent rapid growth since the management buyout in 2019 has meant the current head office is no longer able to accommodate the growing numbers of staff employed.
The growth shows no signs of slowing as Bond, seen by many as market leaders, predict turnover of half a billion within the next 3 years, making the new HQ an essential addition to the business.
