Elysium Healthcare

Edmond Shipway have managed a roll out of refurbishment and new build properties to provide
specialist metal health care for Elysium Healthcare’s complex care, learning difficulties and
Autism division across the UK over the past 10 years.

We have worked closely with Elysium to develop a new build 6 Bed standard model design for
LD and Autism that caters for the complex needs of the residence and achieves set build cost
limits. We are are also assisting Elysium Healthcare in replicating the model nationally to meet
with the growing demand and currently undertake between 5 and 10 projects annually, providing
project management and cost consultancy services on projects ranging from £500k – £5m.
