Edmond Shipway acted as Lead Project Manager and Cost Consultant from inception to completion, delivering the project on time and on budget.
The £250m development comprised 430,000sqft Retail, Leisure and F&B facilities, 625 2,3 and 4 bed lodges, 8,000m2 wet spa facility, 87 bedroom hotel complex and all civil and technical infrastructure required to support the development within a previously undeveloped woodland setting.
