We are extremely proud to announce we have been awarded a two-star ‘outstanding’ accreditation from Best Companies, the employee engagement specialists.
We have been recognised as “outstanding”, as a result of our commitment to improving employee wellbeing and increasing support, enabling staff to provide an efficient service to our clients. It was assessed via the Best Companies survey which examines the true realities of company life, confidentially researching what employees really think of their employers.
We have demonstrated that we recognise the value of meaningful employee engagement by utilising a variety of methods to foster a great work culture. Training is one mechanism we hope to develop further, not only because of the learning benefits but also as a means of encouraging team bonding. Regular feedback is another favoured tool – used to commend those who demonstrate particular commitment to clients or company.
