Delighted to announce that our project, Everards Meadows Phase IB, Leicester was awarded “Non-residential Project of the year” at the ProCon Leics awards on 11th November. Edmond Shipway acting as construction consultants, providing cost consultancy, project management and M&E consultancy services.
Everards Meadows Phase 1B was the design and construction of Everards’ new headquarters building, its new brewery, beer hall, shop and offices aswell as extensive soft landscaping, tree planting and cycle and pedestrian paths to link this phase of the development to the cycle routes and bridge created in Phase 1A.
