It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Matthew Harratt to the role of Director for our Manchester office.
Matt joined the business in 2006 and his success resulted with him being promoted to Associate Director in 2017. Since then, Matt has built a close working relationship with our key clients, he efficiently manages the Manchester office on a day-to-day basis and is heavily involved with key strategic and operational business decisions.
As a business, we are committed to developing our staff and creating opportunities to develop careers. We are proud to have such a high team retention, with nearly 50% of our team being with us for over 10 years.
