Our Birmingham Office have commenced on site with the fit-out works in the Orange Tower Building at Media City, Salford Quays in Manchester. The enquiry initiated further to our existing appointment with The Hut Group undertaking office fit-out works in two buildings at the Manchester Airport site. Similar to our existing appointment with The Hut Group we are again delivering the roles of Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on another fantastic project.
The Media City scheme comprises a 16,000 ft² upscale office accommodation fit-out to serve approximately 200 staff members within the Media Hub of Manchester; which is occupied by BBC, ITV, Ericsson and Kellogg’s. With the site being situated just a few floors above ITV’s live broadcasting centre, some rather stringent noise control measures have been implemented to accompany a challenging programme. Our team are working hard to ensure successful project completion.
