I started at Edmond Shipway from school straight into a 5 year part time degree and I particularly enjoy seeing the large number of staff we now employ following this same route – to see people develop and grow from a school leaver to a fully chartered surveyor is very rewarding.
Favourite Project
Raddison Blu at East Midlands Airports, many challenges from inception to close out, however when the finished product is still winning awards 5 years after opening it makes it all worthwhile.
Fact about James Richards
I am a keen sportsman both watching (many near misses being a Derby County fan) and participating – my claim to fame is scoring the winning penalty in the last ever game at Highbury!
