Management Responsibilities
As the Practice’s Director in Bath and Cardiff, I have managerial responsibility for the office’s multi-disciplinary teams. I am the senior point of contact for our Clients in the South West and Wales region. In addition to managing our project teams, I am actively involved in business development.
Most enjoyable part of role as Director
I enjoy working with and supporting the Bath and Cardiff staff in the delivery of their projects. My inclusion and engagement with the development of the offices, setting the business direction and securing of new work are all key to my role.
Favourite Project
The development and delivery of the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for the Royal United Hospital was a multi award winning project where state of the art treatment for the babies and support to the parents ran in parallel.
Fact about Neill Dowsett
Enjoy a range of sports (usually in a sedentary position), plus reading and travel. I keep threatening to play golf again, but probably banned from local clubs due to my divots.
