Management Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day management of the Birmingham office. Outside of my local office responsibilities, I am Director in charge of Training, and Head of our Defence, Law & Order Team.
Most enjoyable part of role as Director
Achievement of Investors in People standard for the Practice, and the development of a company wide training programme.
Favourite Project
The move of 1SOFFT to RAF Cosford as part of the main training rationalisation programme. This was a £28m project and comprised 7 separate contracts using a multitude of procurement routes. I was the Project Surveyor working with Alfred McAlpine and the MoD to deliver a very complex scheme on time and within budget.
