Center Parcs, New Village at Woburn Forest

We are delighted to announce that Center Parcs at Woburn, the UK’s newest, most exciting short break leisure destination, is now open.

Edmond Shipway have acted as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and have dealt with the FF&E procurement for this £250m development which is located on a 365 acre site, just off Junction 13 of the M1.

The scheme comprises of 625 woodland lodges, £35m water park, 12 restaurants and F&B outlets, 12 retail outlets, 430,000ft2 of central facilities, 75,000ft2 spa and spa suites, 75 bed hotel, 37,000ft2 sports hall, 800 delegate conferencing facility, 11km of roads, 4 acre lake, Biomass CHP District Heating System and Waste Water Treatment Plant.

The project is the largest commercial leisure project in the UK and has been completed on time and on budget.
