Edmond Shipway’s increasing expertise in major town centre commercial developments has culminated in an appointment to provide Cost Consulting services to Ask Developments, a prolific investor and developer in Manchester boasting a prestigious property portfolio.

This project originally formed part of the bid for the relocation of the BBC to Manchester.

The total site development is 2,500,000 square feet. Grand Island is the first phase of the redevelopment and includes 140,000 square feet of office space to be refurbished and extended.

The works for Phase 1 comprise the refurbishment and extension the existing structure to create more than 100,000 square feet of new office space and a 580 space multi storey car park.
