Meadowside Leisure Centre, Burton-upon-Trent

The project comprised of a mix of major demolition and internal strip out, refurbishment of the existing building fabric and new build with a complete renewal of the entire building M&E systems.

The project transformed an out of date facility into an updated and improved leisure facility. Includes swimming pool, racket sports, gymnasium, fitness suites, indoor children’s play area/party room, coffee bar/cafe, large multi-function room and external seating area overlooking the river.

Edmond Shipway were appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultants and M&E Consultants on this £5 million project.
