New British High Commission, Colombo

The new £10 million single storey High Commission is on a greenfield site approximately two miles from the existing Commission. Designed by Richard Murphy Architects and reflecting the design concepts of the famous Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Barwa, the building was constructed by Gibs Limited, a British Contractor.

In addition to Project Management and Cost Consultancy services Edmond Shipway provided full time resident Clerk of Work services.
