Sustainable Building Center, Leamington Spa

The Practice’s increasing expertise in projects requiring sustainable solutions culminated in an appointment as Project Manager and CDM Co-ordinator for the £3m Sustainable Building Center (SBC), developed by Wolseley UK at their HQ site in Leamington Spa.

The building and its exhibits have been built with sustainable and long life materials, and BREEAM Excellent has been achieved.

The Sustainable Building Center is an example of best practice in sustainable construction techniques and materials and showcases, as exhibits, the latest innovation in the sustainability market as well as lecture theatre space and we are delighted to have been involved in its successful delivery.

The project has won an award for Innovation from the Institute of Civil Engineers.
