The riverside project cost £2030/m² (£35m) and was completed two weeks ahead of time. The design also achieved BREEAM Excellent rating and won the Civic Trust 2012 award.
Facilitating up to 2,700 students, the building aims to ‘maximise’ its visual connection with the city and act as a beacon for regeneration.
