Zenith Building, Manchester

The former Post Office HQ building located at Spring Gardens was a major project in Manchester City centre delivering over 100,000 ft2 of prime office space. The project involved the refurbishment and re-cladding of an existing 10 storey tower including basement and the construction of 3 additional floors on the top of the tower. The former 1970s block will have a unique design that boasts a combination of Zinc and Portland Stone cladding and floor to ceiling glazing.

The scheme was joint winner of an MSA award.
